Our Story

Normunds Maļinovskis is an experienced restaurant industry professional and a passionate promoter of Latvia’s culinary heritage. Under his leadership, the fish cafe “Siļķītes un dillītes” was created at the Riga Central Market, blending traditional local flavors with a modern dining experience. Normunds’ mission is to showcase the richness and variety of Latvian fish products, offering them for everyone to enjoy—both locals and international guests. He is driven by quality, honesty, and the desire to create a place where food tells a story.
