Our Story
Normunds Maļinovskis is an experienced restaurant industry professional and a passionate promoter of Latvia’s culinary heritage. Under his leadership, the fish cafe “Siļķītes un dillītes” was created at the Riga Central Market, blending traditional local flavors with a modern dining experience.
